Goals, Objectives and Affirmations... Oh My!Often we are advised to write goals for our business, personal life, relationships, health and so on. We write short term (now) goals, goals for 6 months from now, 1, 3, 5 years, and on and on.
We make sure our goals clearly state the objective that we want to reach. Our vision boards, charts and affirmations (written and/or spoken 100 times a day!) match our goals and objectives. DO THEY WORK? I THINK NOT!
Most, if not all, of us have done these in many different ways, as I have too – I cannot tell you how many!
All these goals, objectives and affirmations ever did was to bring up anxiety, then doubt, then we say, "SEE they don’t work."
"There must be something wrong with ME."
This leads us to think "I don’t deserve them or, I am doing them WRONG. How come they work for other people and not me???"
Well, there is!! And yes, we are doing them wrong!!
Our belief system has been messed up.
Somewhere along the way we were taught we did not deserve to have MONEY, LOVE, SUCCESS, FRIENDSHIPS, and HEALTH
Doing goals, objectives and affirmations the way we were taught just confirmed that.
So, how do we choose to pull what we want (choose to have), to us in a positive way??
DRUM ROLL... We have been doing it for the last year...
When I started the MONTHLY PROTOCOLS, I had no idea how powerful they would be!!!
How many of you are at peace (happy) with yourself and your circumstances?
How many of you are making more money?
Who is in a new or old relationship that’s working (even if that relationship is with yourself)??
And who has a new job, new inspiring thoughts, finding solutions to issues you have had for a long time, looking at yourself and the world in a more positive way, these are big things people?
THESE ARE BIG THINGS, PEOPLE!
How were we able to accomplish and more???
We got them by letting go of fears!!!
Fear of failure, fear of money, fear of self, fear of being ostracized, fear of loss, fear of success – FEARS – we covered many of them this last year.
By writing your goals in the present tense according to the fear we are releasing that month, you bring up your own personal fear. When I clear them off of the EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL planes, we make a dent, or clear off, a layer of that fear.
An example would be: "I have an income of $10,000 monthly NOW."
Did you say to yourself, "Oh sure, that’s too big of a goal, it freaks me out to say that, who do I think I am?" ... or any other fear based comment that comes into your head.
If so, then that’s the perfect goal for you!! Bring up the fear and we’ll clear off a layer together.
After, you have finished your GOALS and the protocol is completed.
You MUST take ACTION to receive your goals.
Taking some form of action, assures that you will receive the full potential from the protocol. A friend of mine says, "pray and then move your feet." Over the last year, I have seen many (amazing) results from action taken.
Those that made clear cut goals and put effort into what they are trying to achieve (action), get the most benefit, and sometimes it just drops in from nowhere. Take action and you will receive.

AFFIRMATIONS are being SENT to you THROUGH THE PROTOCOL. One of affirmations I have been using is, "I am prosperous, happy, calm, peaceful, healthy, invigorated, balanced, safe, have unlimited prosperity, my goals and objectives are clearly met, and I am calibrated to the new energy now." It is changed slightly with each different release of fear.
After the release of each fear,
a HOLE is left –
THEN THE AFFIRMATION CAN BECOME PART OF YOU

How were we able to accomplish all of this and more???
Hopefully, this explains what we have been doing for the last year. Include your family and friends into the group. It just makes the RIPPLE affect stronger. The more we add, the more energy is moved, and the stronger it gets, thus the more we all reap.

on what the monthly protocol is going to be
and an example of how to write goals for that protocol
as well as the date I will be doing the protocol.
